Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses exclusively within the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), Canada (CAN), the United States (USA), Germany, Italy, France, and the Netherlands. We do not ship to any other countries at this time. Please note that we will periodically add other countries to our shipping options. For countries outside of the specified list, additional shipping costs will be calculated at checkout once these countries are added.
2. Processing Time
All shoe orders are processed within 7-13 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in your order.
3. Shipping Options
We offer expedited shipping for all of our shoes to the following shipping locations: the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), Canada (CAN), the United States (USA), Germany, Italy, France, and the Netherlands. Shipping will be via UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Once your order is shipped, expedited shipping typically takes between 4-6 business days to arrive. Please note that we do not ship to other countries at the moment.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your shoe order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or by clicking the link provided in the email.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged pair of shoes or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will assist you in resolving the issue, which may include sending a replacement pair or processing a refund.
7. International Shipping
For international orders (including the UK, Canada, EU, Germany, Italy, France, and the Netherlands), customs duties and taxes may apply to shoe shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding duties and taxes on footwear.
8. Changes to Your Order
If you need to make changes to your shoe order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
