2. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your shoes. Items must be received back in pristine condition, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

3. Return Process  

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.  

- Pack the shoes securely in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.  

- A delivery company will then collect your package at no cost to you.

4. Exchange Policy  

If you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size or style, please indicate this when you contact us. We will arrange for the return of the original item and send out the replacement as soon as we receive the returned item.

5. Refunds 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we receive your returned item.
